I watched American Idol live last night… only the first or second time this season, and I did it cos Ed Sheeran and Alanis Morrissette were guest judges on it. Pretty good show. I wish the log-bearded country youth made it to the top 5, but I am not sure who exactly I would remove to put him there. All the contestants were so good that I think they could all have made the top 5 with the right song.
